Location Heinzestraat

In the Heinzestraat you can train several times a week. There is on Tuesday evening a beginners class as well as an advanced lesson. The advanced class is at a higher level and there is less explanation. To participate in this lesson, you should be able to roll properly and be able to perform the basic techniques. If you have any doubts, first ask if you can join this class. The open class is open to everyone.

Tuesday evening:

• 18:30-20:00 beginners lesson
• 20:00-21:00 advanced lesson

Wednesday evening:

• 18:30-20:00 open lesson

Thursday evening:

• 18:30-20:00 open lesson

Saturdaymorning:

• 10:30-12:00 open lesson
