Aikido - Shimamoto Shihan (8th dan)

Shimamoto Shihan (8th dan) gave a stage in september 2007 in Aikikai Aikido Amsterdam - dojo. We are always very happy when he comes to give his inspiring classes. One of the friendliest teachers, showing so called 'soft' Aikido: no use of force, but just accurate timing and good posture.

This time we took the opportunity to record the whole stage, and put together all the instruction parts.
