Start of the new season September 2023

We will start our regular training schedule again from Tuesday 5 September, Wednesday 6 September, Thursday 7 September and Saturday 9 September. The new season for children's/youth classes starts on Friday 8 September.

Lesson schedule Heinzestraat:

• Tuesday evening from 18:30 - 20:00 beginners' lesson
• Tuesday evening from 20:00 - 21:00 advanced lesson
• Wednesday evening from 19:00 - 20:30 open lesson
• Thursday evening from 18:30 - 20:00 open lesson
• Friday evening from 18:00 - 19:00 youth class
• Saturday morning from 10:30 - 12:00 open lesson

Until then, we still train according to our summer schedule in Sporthallen Zuid on Tuesday evenings (18:30-20:00) and Saturday mornings (10:30-12:00).

Free trial lesson

Want to give it a try? You can come along for a free trial lesson. It is then easy to bring loose-fitting clothes and slippers - for walking from the changing room to the mat. We train barefoot on a mat.
