Weekend seminar with Ubaldo Chiossi Shihan (7th dan) on the 14th and the 15th of October 2023

From Tuesday 5 September 2023, we will resume our regular schedule.

Also this year we have an adjusted schedule for the summer.

Stage with Donovan Waite Shihan (7th dan) on friday evening 6th of September, saturday 7th of September and sunday 8th of september 2019

Starting Tuesday the 27th of August we will be training again according to the regular schedule.

Because of the summer holidays we train according to an adjusted schedule. 

We train from Saturday, September 30th till Thursday, October 5th, 2017 in the gymnasium of Fons Vitae.

We start a weapons training.

On Wednesday evening we start an advanced class led by Wilko Lok (5th dan).

After the renovation we will start again in October 2017 in the Heinzestraat with the regular training program.

Due to the extension of the renovation of the Heinzestraat we train in two alternative locations in South. 
Please note that the training times are also adjusted.

During the summer holiday our training programme is adjusted, and we train at a alternative location. Saturday 2nd of September is the last training in the Sportcentre of the UvA in Science Park.
